Do not send card or bank details through a general form. Avoid unnecessary sensitive safeguarding information. If the enquiry concerns an active risk, use the dedicated help route so information can be handled appropriately.
For journalists and funders
Help us answer quickly
Journalists should include outlet, subject, deadline and live/recorded format. Major funders should state the type and scale of support being considered and any due-diligence information required.
